Nearby activities: They have a place for adult to chill,braai,watching TV and playing games eg.Pool table,table tennis,heated swimming pool and more. Durban Spa is one of the best hotels in Durban, I went there with my family and family friends to celebrate my 50th birthday, I enjoyed every moment in that hotel, the Spa, the reception is so welcoming I will be visiting there again very soon. Rooms: We booked in room 1204, I think mattresses should be changed because they are not comfortable... But besides that, everything about the room is perfect.

Great atmosphere, and area. Safe and looks stunning. But would love if the bar area with the pools to have outsiders for specific days maybe use it to market the place because i was there on a Wednesday and the have a small event but its not as good when its only 4 people in the pool and the dj screaming over music. But its a good vibe got too much potential

It was great.. Love the balcony view opposite the sea. Place was clean and neat. Cleaning old lady was so nice. The manager phoned us to hear, if we are still fine. Just love that. Love the fact that the parking was on the same floor as our room. We had no problems. The jacuzzi was awesome and the hotwater pool .. Which means in Winter you can swim still. Didn't understand why men and women had to go through to the pool separate but all was well. It's nice also that you can cook, there is a stove, fridge for your drinks, and personally I think the dishwasher could be replaced with a washing masjien.. Love the fact that our family, could visit. And go home, so we could rest.. They could come to us.. Take aways is a walking distance. There cutlery crockery etc.. It's just awesome. The fact that it's opposite the beach is extremely nice.. We would love to book again for Dec. Thank you Durban Spa, for treating uswell.. From Mr and Mrs Engelbrecht. See you soon. We like this resort for its location. While the flatlets are clean and well stocked, their maintenance can be better. Walkability: You cross the street and a parking lot, then you are on the beach. It's a nice walk to uShaka Marine world.
